Fig & Ricotta Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Fresh figs
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Sourdough bread
  • Fresh basil
  • Pistachios
  • Honey

Method
 

  1. Toast the sourdough bread
  2. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese
  3. Chop figs into thin slices and arrange on toast
  4. Add basil leaves, sprinkle with pistachios, and drizzle with honey
